Section 04

Platform Ownership Policy

Your accounts. Your assets. Your ownership. All seller, payment, marketplace, store, domain and third-party business accounts must be registered under your legal ownership.

Register every account using
  • · Your legal name or registered business name
  • · Your own email address
  • · Your own phone number
  • · Your own residential or business address
  • · Your own identity documents
  • · Your own tax information
  • · Your own bank account
  • · Your own payment-processing information
Why client ownership matters
  • · Full long-term control of your business
  • · Easier account verification
  • · Direct access to your earnings
  • · Reduced ownership disputes
  • · Safer account recovery
  • · Better compliance with platform policies
  • · Direct control over tax and payment information
  • · Greater business transparency
Marketplace accounts should never be purchased, rented, borrowed or created using false information. All accounts must comply with the platform's verification, identity, tax, payment, IP and seller policies.
Section 05

Section 16

Security & Access Management

Your accounts hold your earnings and your business history — protect them like the assets they are.

Work through this checklist as accounts are created
Wherever a platform supports it, Growth Clan will request temporary collaborator, staff or restricted access rather than full ownership. This keeps you in control while allowing the team to do its work.
Section 17

Communication & Project Management

Momentum comes from rhythm. Confirm how we stay in step throughout the engagement.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who owns the seller accounts?
You do. Every seller, payment and marketplace account is registered under your legal identity, per the Platform Ownership Policy in Section 04.
Who owns the digital products?
You retain ownership of products, brand and business assets created for you, subject to the signed service agreement and any third-party licensing within the products.
Can Growth Clan create the seller accounts for me?
We guide you through registration step by step, but accounts must be created with your information and under your ownership. Where platforms support it we work through collaborator or staff access.
Do I need a registered company?
Not always. Many platforms accept individual sellers. Where business registration helps or is required we will flag it — the decision and cost remain yours.
Which marketplace will be launched first?
Usually a priority marketplace (Etsy, Creative Market, Creative Fabrica or Design Bundles), chosen by niche fit, eligibility and approval speed.
Will every marketplace approve my application?
Approval decisions belong to each platform. If one platform declines we proceed with the others.
Are marketplace fees included?
No. Listing fees, transaction fees and subscriptions are charged by the platforms directly to you, as covered in Section 20.
Do I need a website?
Not to start. Marketplaces provide the storefront. A branded website is a recommended later step for direct sales and email list building.
Are earnings guaranteed?
No specific sales, profit or income level can be guaranteed. Actual results depend on demand, competition, algorithms, pricing, product quality, marketing, platform approval and other external factors.
Will I have full access to the final files?
Yes. Final files are delivered in organized folders and everything created for your brand under the agreement is yours to keep.
